To keep our online school running smoothly, please acknowledge agreement to the following policies:

I understand that after registering, I will receive an email with log-in access to Big Adventure's Member's Area, where I will find resources on how the school runs, the school calendar, the policies and procedures handbook, and information and worksheets for upcoming classes, and all of my bonuses, including recorded lessons.

I understand that all fees paid are non-refundable. I understand the monthly tuition is a reflection of the yearly tuition broken down into convenient monthly payments for families. Therefore, payments remain the same each month, and are not prorated based on holidays or days off from live classes. I know all Pre-Recorded Classes are available even when the live classes are on break for holidays. I understand that I can cancel at any time, and agree to give a 30 day notice should our family need to cancel.

I understand that after I sign up, I will join a free private Facebook group where I can get to know other families in our school. I understand the free Facebook group still serves as a backup for communication, even though we now have a private Members Area with an app. I understand that I need to check the Go Kollab app for potential communication from the teacher.

I understand that after I register here, I will be directed to the checkout page where I will be prompted to set up my monthly subscription plan. If I am currently registering for live classes for next school year, I understand that no monthly subscription charges begin until August 1, so if I set up my subscription plan for live classes today, and it is before August 1, the checkout page will display $0.00 due today, and I will not be charged today.
